Practical analysis of pyrolysis oil
Practical analysis of pyrolysis oil:
1) Segmentation
This liquid is practically a hydrocarbon mixture that ranges from the lightest liquid hydrocarbon phases such as hexane to the heaviest like tar. In practice, this liquid can be evaporated and condensed in a distillation tower under the influence of heat. Therefore, at different temperatures and pressures, separate fuel liquids can be obtained (gasoline-diesel and heavy oils and bitumen) And be used in the market.
2) Electricity generation
Since we mean more than financial issues, we focus more on environmental issues, so most of our attention is on electricity generation, which in this process is clean and also eliminates an environmental disaster (waste tires). A description of this process is given above.
Amount and price of manufactured products:
In this process, we have three materials, which include recycled steel, black carbon and pyrolysis oil, and all three of these materials have world prices.
The calculations are based on a 20-ton prototype unit and the price of these products at the time of writing this text in dollars.
The percentage of production of each of the materials produced is as follows
Used steel = 15%
Black carbon = 35%
Pyrolysis oil = 45%
Hydrocarbon gases = 5%
Due to the use of used raw material (worn tires) and having different conditions of these tires in terms of tire thickness and different formulations, the percentages provided above are not fixed at all.
1) Used steel 20 * 15% = 3 tons
The raw material of the steel casting industry is at a daily rate of $ 480 per ton.
Daily sale of 3 * 480 steel wire = $ 1440
2) Black carbon has a major application in the rubber industry so that about 35% of each rubber is used from this material and also the main material for the production of activated carbon and is used as a black pigment in the paint industry. Price $ 600 per ton 20 * 35% = 7 tons
Daily sales of black carbon 7 * 600 = $ 4200
3) Pyrolysis oil User description is given. Priced at $ 800 per ton 20 * 45% = 9 tons 9 * 800 = $ 7200 7200 + 4200 + 1440 = $ 12840 Total daily sales.
Of course, in our plan, we produce electricity from pyrolysis oil,and the sale of which in kilowatt hours in different countries has different amounts. The above calculation is calculated only as an example of the sale of pyrolysis oil.
Description:
Different governments have different grants and payments for disposing waste tires, but studies in the United States estimate that amount is one and a half to two and a half dollars per tire (depending on the state in which the project is implemented). And in most European countries one and a half euros, which is collected as a purchase tax from the buyer of new tires. Some countries also calculate at $ 100 per ton. In our calculations, we estimate this number as one dollar for each tire ring, taking into account the average of twenty kilograms for each tire ring: Number of tires per 1000 divided by 20 equals 50
